Instrumentation Cable

Instrumentation Cable

Instrumentation Cable by Deep Cable is widely preferred by a diverse range of industries. We at Deep Cable take pride in making top-tier instrumentation cables with excellent safety features and high performance. We procure premium grades of copper, aluminium, steel and thermoplastic polymers in crafting these cables. We are equipped with state-of-the-art technology run by our expert engineers and operators who are well-experienced in their designated roles. Catering to the low-power circuit needs of industries with instrumentation cable, we have earned a great reputation amongst our client base.

Description

Instrumentation Cable is a critical component for automated systems. It provides a dedicated pathway to transmit weak electrical signals while protecting against electromagnetic interferences (EMI), especially in industrial environments where these interruptions are always there. At Deep Cable, we make sure our instrumentation cables perform efficiently, are well insulated, shielded against EMI, isolation between pairs of conductors that lie within the jacketed sheath and have a high impedance to maintain signal strength. These features make it reliable for accurate transmission of signals between sensors in automation systems and process controls. By using these cables industries connect sensors and measuring equipment to the process control units, gathering accurate data for interpretation.

These cables transmit signals to monitor and check the processes within industrial plants. They provide precise monitoring so that adjustment of processes can be done. Carrying multiple conductors simultaneously, these cables can gather data from multiple sensors at the same time. Since industrial settings have high interferences and chances of contamination, we provide robust protection by using PVC or XPLE for shielding these cables, making them oil-resistant, hydrocarbon-resistant, solvents-resistant, and mud-resistant.

Applications of Instrumentation Cable

We cater to a wide number of industries and manufacturing units to enable them to automate and process control with our instrumentation cables. The oil and gas refineries, petrochemicals, mining, and water treatment plants are prominent users of our cables. Key applications of instrumentation cable:

Twin Flexible Wire

Description

Double Flexible wires are a pair of twisted cables suited for best for speakers & P.A. System installations. The wires are specially designed to negate any outside signal interference. These wires are generally used for access and catheterization procedures. Their double flexible tipped design permits alternative use of both ends of wire guide depending upon procedural needs. They have an abrasion resistant PVC jacket, bare copper stranded center conductor, and gas injected foam polyethylene insulation. Intended for one-time use these wires are supplied sterile in peel-open packages. These wires are able to handle analog and digital signal transmissions.

Cable Make-up Double Flexible Wire:

Two fine stranded conductor of bare copper wire in acc. IEC 60228 class-5,individually insulated of speacial PVC compound of insulation resistance >100M Ohms/Km. twisted together, coded with different colours PVC insulation. Normally Red/ Black
